Wait Time Policy:
Our professionally trained staff monitors flight & train arrivals. Whether you are delayed or will be arriving early, SSO will have your vehicle waiting when you reach your scheduled pick-up point.

- Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period.
- International Flights: 45-minute grace period.
- After the grace period expires, wait time fees will be added at the hourly rate for your specific vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:
SSO requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations. Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled service will be billed for the full amount.
