A: SSO requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations. Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, will be billed for the full amount.

A: Yes, You can check the status of your trip from beginning to end. This is especially useful for executive assistants that just want to make sure that executives or clients were picked up.

A: Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area.
